Motus Power, a growing company specializing in HVAC energy efficiency projects, is seeking a full-time business-to-business sales professional to join our team. You will be a key contributor to the growth of our overall business. It is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with unlimited growth opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customers for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and AI predictive failure solutions.
- Leveraging your network, sales, and prospecting skills to find new sales opportunities.
- Developing relationships with owners, operators, general contractors, and potential partners
- Generating a high level of outbound prospecting activity
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions
- Utilizing our Zoho CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities from the lead stage to closing
· Able to travel at least 50% of the time throughout the territory
· Base Salary of $55K to $65K, depending on experience
We are seeking a high-energy individual who can build their book of business through new customer opportunities, while also developing and maintaining relationships with leaders responsible for hiring facility services. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to prospect through cold calling and who diligently follows up on leads. You will play a vital role in creating confident buyers and fostering trust in Motus services.
