As a key member of our business development team, you'll be involved in various aspects of the business, including pre-deal processing, contracting, reporting and relationship management (both internal and external).
1. Market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in the ERCOT retail electric market.
2. Data entry and maintenance of relevant databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for business development activities.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers and brokers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
4. Contribute to the development of customer care strategies and initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize data for reporting purposes.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the ERCOT retail electric market.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and data management skills.
4. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, brokers, and internal teams.
5. Must speak English fluently.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Computer literate and adept using Microsoft applications.
8. Basic understanding of business development principles is a plus.
