We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth of our organization. Duties
•Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify new markets and opportunities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management.
•Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competitive landscape.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project management and execution of business initiatives.
•Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
•Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
•Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in diesel or biodiesel sales, or a related field.
•Strategic planning and execution capabilities with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
•Proficient in project management methodologies and sales pipeline management.
•Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
•Strong analytical ability to assess market trends and inform strategic decisions.
•Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with high attention to detail.
•Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
•Generate and track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report performance metrics.
•Driving License is mandatory
•Arabic speaking preferred
