Compensation:

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from

$60,000 to $85,000 annually,

commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, the position includes a

performance-based bonus opportunity equivalent to up to 50% of the base salary

, tied to the achievement of annual goals.

Additional bonus incentives are available for exceeding targets

, with

no cap on total bonus potential.

Business Development Executive

specializing in the utility scale Alternative Energy sector! We're seeking an industry-experienced individual with strong contacts and the ability to navigate tactical and technical discussions with clients. The Business Development Executive at HTS is responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving comprehensive sales objectives to drive profitable revenue growth and achieve long-term organizational goals. This role is critical in establishing HTS as a leader in the Alternative Energy Industry.

. We are expanding our team and looking for a proven sales professional to help us drive growth and build strong relationships with our clients.


Essential Responsibilities

·     Develop and implement a comprehensive, sales strategy aligned with HTS’s mission and objectives.

·     Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate sales principles into decision-making and planning.

·     Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily to identify prospects and grow your pipeline.

·     Enter and track all touch points in the relationship development process into company CRM.


o  Report on Sales Activities & Pipeline

·     Drive consolidated revenue growth through the development of new markets, customer acquisition strategies, and optimization of existing and new service lines.

·     Navigate and discuss tactical issues with clients to provide tailored solutions.

·     Cultivate and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

·     Assist with development and presentation of proposals, including building and reviewing estimates with team members experienced in scope of services being presented.

·     Follow up on bids and contract negotiations to ensure a seamless sales process.

·     Mentor and guide junior sales staff as the team grows, sharing your expertise and insights.

·     This position will require travel for industry trade shows, customer meetings and other necessary events.


Accountabilities

·     Drive measurable improvements in consolidated revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution.

·     Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty.


Performance Metrics

·     Monitor sales targets and consolidated profitable revenue growth, aiming for consistent improvements to achieve organization objectives.

·     Measure success in acquiring new customers and expanding market presence across existing and new service lines.


Qualifications

·     5+ years in Alternative Utility Scale Energy Sales and/or Technical Services that render you experienced in developing relationships and discussing our services and abilities.

·     5+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of driving consolidated revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

·     Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·     Passion for leadership and team building, with a heart to motivate and empower teams.


·     Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

·     Deep understanding of the Alternative Energy Industry and its competitive dynamics.

·     Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, sales tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

·     Strong network of contacts and relationships within the sector.

·     Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


·     Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.


Reporting Structure

·      Will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and division leaders.
