Business Analyst will be responsible for effectively analyzing complex data,
providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making and process
improvement within the CEES organization. This role involves working closely
with various departments and team members to identify trends, create
forecasting models, and optimize business processes through data-driven
strategies and decisions. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate to
obtain and share necessary information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Collect, analyze
and interpret data to identify trends and insights to drive business decisions
relative to employee and customer experiences. Develop and maintain
dashboards, reports and visualizations (i.e. flowcharts, business processes, etc.)
using existing applications and equipment, along with introducing new systems
to contribute to these efforts. Oversee data and ensure the accuracy, integrity
and consistency of data through regular data validations. Identify opportunities
for process improvements and efficiencies through data analysis and
recommend business solutions to improve overall outcomes. Utilize statistical
methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast business trends and
outcomes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including
executive managers, and other business leaders through effective
communication methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other
analysts to foster collaborative and innovative environments. Serve as a liaison
to complete assigned special projects, along with staying abreast of business
processes, policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
A valid driver's license from state of residence is required.
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Information
Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required.
