Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Entry-Level Business Systems Analyst
to join our team, supporting the automation of business transactions through barcode and related technologies. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help analyze, design, and implement solutions that integrate with JD Edwards Enterprise One and other enterprise systems. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience with real-world business process automation in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As part of this role, you will assist in site surveys, requirements gathering, basic hardware planning, and user training. You will also act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities•Support requirements gathering from business users for barcode automation projects.
•Assist in conducting site surveys to evaluate current processes and identify needs.
•Help prepare documentation for hardware proposals and installation plans.
•Coordinate with IT and implementation teams for scheduling and supporting installations.
•Participate in training sessions for site users as new processes go live.
•Aid in developing process documentation, diagrams, and end-user training materials.
•Work with the team to test and validate new processes and systems.
•Collaborate with senior analysts and developers on system troubleshooting and support tasks.
•Contribute to data analysis and reporting to help improve efficiency and resolve issues.
Learning Opportunities
•Exposure to JD Edwards Enterprise One and RF-Smart software.

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong interest in business systems, automation, and technology.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
Preferred (but Not Required)
•Internship or coursework related to ERP systems, data analysis, or IT/business operations.
•Exposure to JD Edwards, RF-Smart, Kronos, or similar enterprise platforms.
•Familiarity with process mapping tools or flowchart software.
