Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of data analysis and business processes, along with proficiency in various analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements effectively

Gather detailed requirements, analyze and map business processes

Define key performance indicators

Fully resolve backlog requirements and prepare for execution

Create test scripts

Create training materials

Perform system and user acceptance testing

Experience

Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Experience in database design and management is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.

A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
