About your role:
This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties, including overseeing the proposal and project setup process on the network and in 4CastPlus. The Business Development Administrator is responsible for keeping proposal information updated and helping develop and submit marketing proposals by providing administrative assistance to Proposal Managers. In addition, the Business Development Administrator supports the Business Development Team with administrative tasks such as SalesForce data entry, managing inventory of marketing materials, setting up meetings and calls for Business Development team members, etc.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
•Review and analyze RFP documents to ensure adequate budget and proposal preparation information is provided.
•Ensure proposals are free of grammar, spelling, and typographical errors.
•Preparation of high-quality and accurate documents in accordance with the agreed strategy and sponsor expectations under the pressure of changing timelines.
•Ensure the quality and compliance of final proposal documents.
•Ensure the data is up to date in 4CastPlus; run daily/weekly reports in 4CastPlus.
•Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests.
•Participate in the handover of successful proposals to the project team via 4CastPlus.
•Provide regular updates to management, operations, and support staff regarding the proposal process.
•Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency.
•Assist with other duties as assigned.
Education
•Bachelor’s degree required.
•0-2 years’ experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.

Supervisory Expectations:

Work Hours:
Company Hours
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours vary and are dependent on business needs.
40-Hour Work Week
Monday through Friday, hours may vary with the workload.
Evenings/Weekends/OT
As needed to satisfy the requirements of the position.
