We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Business Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to the Chief Financial Officer organization. This pivotal role involves managing key administrative processes and serving as a primary liaison between departments. The ideal candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, using sound judgment to prioritize competing demands and support the strategic objectives of senior management.
You Will Be Trusted To
- Support the day-to-day operations of the CFO and the entire CFO organization.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal staff, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining department records and SharePoint sites.
- Assist with Board and Committee processes to ensure materials are submitted as required.
- Participate in preparing board material packets, itineraries, and agenda items.
- Six or more years of administrative, business, operations, or other relevant experience. A degree in a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver’s license for departments where independent travel is required.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a team environment
- Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
