Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst/Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The individuals in this role will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysis, data analytics, and techno-commercial analysis of business models, especially to deploy grid flexibility solutions at scale. The role will also involve leading projects, providing analytical insights, and ensuring alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering.

- Strong Business Analysis and Business Process management skills to identify and improve processes, create efficiencies, and support strategic goals.

- Advanced Analytical Skills for solving complex business challenges and providing actionable insights.

- Proficiency in defining and documenting clear and detailed Business Requirements.

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing project expectations.

- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing projects within the Energy, Utility, or Transportation sectors are a plus.

- Ability to independently perform tasks with minimum oversight.

- Experience in business consulting will be a positive qualification.

Compensation

Salary Range US$90,000-120,000 + 401k, Medical, dental, and vision plan, profit sharing, and bonus plan
