We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. - Lead comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Manage projects within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Design, develop, and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database management systems; perform database design and data modeling.
- Conduct advanced data analysis using R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Support project management activities including planning, tracking progress, risk assessment, and documentation using tools like Visio.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of objectives and deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends in analytics, data visualization, and project management methodologies to continuously improve processes.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Extensive experience with SDLC processes for software development projects.
- Advanced data analysis skills utilizing R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
- Expertise in business analysis techniques including requirements gathering and process mapping.
