About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Business Analyst II to join our team in Miami, FL (Remote). In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital transformation initiatives across global operations. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into functional specifications that support our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in agile environments, possesses strong analytical skills, and is passionate about solving complex problems. Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and basic SQL queries
- Experience with ERP modules such as Order to Cash or Procure to Pay
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Experience supporting test planning and execution
- Capability to create functional workflow diagrams and process flows
- Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications aligned with sprint goals and product vision
- Collaborate with development teams to define testing strategies and ensure solutions meet quality standards
- Leverage knowledge of Order Management and Order to Cash processes to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering continuous improvement
- Create comprehensive process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demonstrations and workshops
- Assist in the development and refinement of enterprise systems supporting global operations
- Support test planning, execution, and validation to ensure deliverables meet business requirements
