Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.

- Develop comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Visio.

- Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with SDLC best practices.

- Design and maintain databases utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database management systems.

- Perform data analysis using SQL, R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) to extract insights and support decision-making processes.

- Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and scripts for efficient data retrieval.

- Collaborate with technical teams to implement database design improvements and ensure data integrity.

- Assist in the development of analysis workflows utilizing Business Analysis techniques and tools to streamline processes.

- Communicate findings effectively to both technical teams and business stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Business Analysis with strong understanding of SDLC processes.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

- Solid knowledge of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.

- Strong programming skills in R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or related languages for data analysis tasks.

- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools like Visio for process modeling and documentation.

- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into meaningful insights.

- Knowledge of analytics techniques and statistical methods for business intelligence projects.
