Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

- Supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.

- Oversee profit and loss statements, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

- Drive business development initiatives by building relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the branch’s reach.

- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure successful completion of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

- Continuously evaluate processes for improvement, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced environment.

- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute plans effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.

- Experience managing profit & loss statements and understanding financial metrics.

- Excellent business development skills with a track record of expanding client base or market share.

- Knowledge of project management principles with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in process improvement techniques to optimize operational workflows.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
