We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to join the team in our Auburn, WA location. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, hard-working individual who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing the daily operations of our Auburn, WA warehouse and customer service teams, ensuring that we provide service, products, and information to our valued customers.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in our Auburn, WA facility. Candidate must be willing to commute or relocate prior to starting. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
-Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse and customer service staff in coordination with corporate peronnel
-Communicate regularly with corporate personnel, sales team, purchasing, and other warehouse branch managers
-Responsible for maintenance and safety of building, forklifts and major assets at branch location
-Maintain good housekeeping practices providing a neat, orderly and safe work environment for self and subordinates
-Preferred: Product knowledge and technical skills in propane gas, compressed gas, or industrial gas
-Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
-Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory controls
-Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials and products
-Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and manage carriers as needed: Must be knowledgeable of UPS and FedEx package processing along with basic LTL freight shipment processing and documentation
-Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
-Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
-Assist with customer sales and inquiries at will-call/customer pick up counter
-Assist in providing technical information to customers and staff
-Assist with customer phone support regarding orders & inquiries
-Pay Range: $80,000 - 90,000 based upon experience
