The Opportunity:

This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks in an office work environment. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values.

Responsibilities:

- Process daily inventory transactions

- Process all purchases in JDE, ensure proper coding and obtain necessary signatures.

- Assist with weekly and monthly cycle counts

- Input CORITY reports

- Input Safety and Inspection reports

- Respond to walk in customers

- Manage weekly/monthly reports

- Provide support to dispatch with scheduling and routing of trucks.

- Answer incoming calls directed to their phone

- Process account adjustments

- Process Opening records for Commercial accounts for the branch.

- Maintain data on the Continuous Improvement Board

- Maintain Compliance records for drivers and third-party contractors

- Prepare bank deposits.

- Order office supplies.

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Diploma in Business/Office or related field an asset

- 2-3 years’ office related experience.

- Knowledgeable with accounting processes.

- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- JD Edwards experience considered an asset.

- Strong verbal, written and analytical communication skills.

- Experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word and Outlook.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced changing environment.

- Knowledge of lubricant products would be an asset.

- Experience with fleet/asset
