Position Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for organizing and leading the branch operations team. This role oversees scheduling and installation of solar projects, manages field personnel, and ensures compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and contract specifications. The Branch Manager drives operational excellence and customer satisfaction while meeting key performance metrics.

- Oversee all operations and administrative tasks for the branch

- Plan and coordinate PV solar installations to meet codes and company standards

- Manage, mentor, and motivate field teams (installers, auditors, coordinators, etc.)

- Monitor project progress, safety, and quality

- Ensure proper safety training and adherence to SOPs

- Collaborate with regional leadership for reporting and forecasts

- Assess installation sites and monitor subcontractor work

- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules

- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

- Maintain facility operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

- High school diploma or GED

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years in solar or related field

- Management experience required

Skills & Abilities

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication with teams and vendors

- Ability to read job orders and specifications

- Valid driver’s license with clean record

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience a plus

Physical Requirements

- Regular computer and phone use

- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 10 lbs
