Bookkeeper/CSR

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Customer Service Representative in our Mantachie, MS office. This position will be responsible for aiding current and future customers with products and services that we offer. Our ideal candidates will have prior customer service, data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivables experience and possess a positive and friendly attitude. Examples of Job Responsibilities:

- Serves customers by answering product and service questions.

- Attracts potential customers with a review of our product and services.

- Helps new customers with opening an account and records information.

- Maintains customer records by updating account information.

- Reviews and Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint:

- determining the cause of the problem,

- selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

- expediting correction or adjustment

- following up to ensure resolution.

- Maintains customers financial accounts by processing payments and data entry of sales and services.

- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

- Process payables for data entry and payment.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Route and dispatch out calls to drivers and service techs

- Fill propane cylinders and assist walk-in customers
