Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as a Bid and Proposal Manager

As a

Bid and Proposal Manager

at Lewis Services, you’ll:

- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including RFP analysis, bid strategies, proposal development, and submission.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, pricing, and compliance information.

- Track bid status, win/loss outcomes, and maintain a bid library for future reference.

- Ensure all bids meet internal quality standards and external requirements.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.

- Utilize CRM and BI tools to generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Train team members on bid tools and ensure data integrity across platforms.

- Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 2–5 years of experience in bid management, sales operations, or a related role involving RFPs and proposal development — or relevant industry experience demonstrating strong understanding of bidding and sales processes

- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel)

- Knowledge of vegetation management or utility industries

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Adaptable, resourceful, and skilled in planning, prioritizing, and problem-solving with sound judgment

Como

Gerente de Licitaciones y Propuestas

en Lewis Services, serás responsable de:

- Gestionar el proceso completo de licitaciones, incluyendo el análisis de RFP, estrategias de oferta, desarrollo y presentación de propuestas.

- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para recopilar información técnica, de precios y cumplimiento.

- Hacer seguimiento al estado de las ofertas, resultados de adjudicaciones, y mantener una biblioteca de propuestas para referencia futura.

- Garantizar que todas las ofertas cumplan con los estándares internos de calidad y los requisitos externos.

- Mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes mediante una comunicación proactiva.

- Utilizar herramientas de CRM y BI para generar informes, paneles y métricas de desempeño.

- Analizar datos de ventas para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.

- Capacitar a los miembros del equipo en herramientas de licitación y asegurar la integridad de los datos en todas las plataformas.

- Cumplir con otras tareas asignadas.


Lo que aportas

- Título universitario en Administración, Mercadeo o un campo relacionado

- 2–5 años de experiencia en gestión de licitaciones, operaciones de ventas o funciones relacionadas con RFPs y desarrollo de propuestas, o experiencia equivalente en la industria

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y gestión del tiempo

- Dominio de Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel)

- Conocimiento de la industria de manejo de vegetación o servicios públicos

- Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades en un entorno dinámico

- Persona adaptable, con iniciativa y juicio sólido para planificar, priorizar y resolver problemas
