Summary:

The Bid Coordinator performs tasks related to generating bid proposals for potential projects within an assigned Region or Division while supporting the principles of Henkels & McCoy’s Project Management Methodology (PMM).

This role gathers, compiles, validates, and logs bid-related information obtained from multiple sources and ensures data in standard bid-tracking software is accurate.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, distribute, and prepare bids for all Lines of Business.

- Review the accuracy of the information for all potential opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.

- Order bid, performance, and payment bonds.

- Order and track Certificates of Insurance.

- Order and track Powers Of Attorney.

- Assist in tracking subcontractor eligibility certificates for minority status.

- Complete contract and insurance reviews for submittal to Legal Department; Read and interpret large contract documents.

- Interact and gather information from personnel at all levels to prepare accurate reports.

- Maintain the H&M Project Portal (bid documentation, stages, integrity of information).

- Assist all LOB with setting up Live Meetings.

- Special Projects as instructed by PMO Director.

- Assist other administrative personnel as necessary.

- Assist with other administrative duties as directed

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, WebEx, programs required

- Experience with Salesforce software preferred

- Strong Time Management Abilities

- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Accurate typing and 10-key skills required

Minimum Educational Background:

BS/BA Degree preferred

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:

3+

Compensation Range:

$25.19 - $35.79 per hour (depending on experience)
