This is a full-time on-site role for a Belt Lead located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Belt Lead will oversee and coordinate activities related to the production belt, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining workflow efficiency, overseeing quality checks, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role requires collaboration with team members and other departments to meet production targets and ensure operational success.

- Experience in operational supervision and team coordination

- Knowledge in workflow management, quality control, and troubleshooting production processes

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment and ensure safety compliance

- Experience with process improvement methodologies and a continuous improvement mindset is a plus

- Prior experience in a leadership role within a production or industrial setting is desirable

- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications in related fields are advantageous
