Assistant Equipment Administrator
Westchester County-established General Contractor is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including office-based clerical and recordkeeping tasks. Flexibility to work beyond the standard hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM when needed is essential.
Essential Qualifications:
•Valid New York State Driver’s License with a clean driving record (must submit Motor Vehicle Report)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and YCC Store App
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially when handling unexpected situations
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Demonstrates initiative, punctuality, and reliability
•Customer service-oriented attitude
•Must present appropriate identification to verify US work authorization (Form I-9)
Key Responsibilities

•Process invoices, order supplies, and maintain accurate records
•Order, store, unpack, and organize small tools
•Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
•Review, match, and file packing slips with received orders
•Create and enter Accounts Payable transmittals
•Maintain driver logs, driver qualification files, and scheduling/sign-ups
•Coordinate with logistics companies for shipping LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments
•Maintain all crane binders and inspection records in accordance with NYCDOB requirements
•Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Demands Include but are not limited to:
•Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a desk or in a vehicle
•Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
•Exposure to various weather conditions
