Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admmin Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance communication with our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
•Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
•Help with finding rooms for crews in Hotels as needed
•Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
•Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
•Previous experience in an office environment preferred, with clerical skills being essential.
•Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
•Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not mandatory.
•Ability to speak Spanish is a plus for enhanced communication with clients.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
