COMPENSATION$30 – 35 per hour
SCHEDULEMonday – Friday (40 hours)
POSITION OVERVIEW: Operations AdministratorRESPONSIBILITIES* Proactively coordinate EHS teams’ day-to-day and overall agenda & schedule
•Execute all process-related tasks & coordination.
•Coordinate site visits and orientations for various stakeholders.
•Scheduling, preparing agendas, and meeting documents, tracking action items, and communicating with higher ups.
•Ability to provide SharePoint administrative support for content and user access
•May provide technical data entry and analysis in Excel
•Plan, schedule, and organize EHS business meetings and travel itineraries.
•Managing and balancing conflicting priorities professionally and efficiently
KEY DELIVERABLES* Scheduling of site visits for internal and external stakeholders.
•Responsible for tracking and ordering consumables for safety dept.
•Assist in managing expense accounts and budgets
•Provide extensive administrative support including creating detailed Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and report generation in Excel and Word and data entry
•Issue Terminal credentials in close coordination with EHS team & security service including tracking personnel
•Undertake other tasks that may be requested by the PMO.
REQUIREMENTS* 2+ years of experience in operations for a large company
•Previous experience highly preferred in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector or in a related industry (e.g., oil and gas, construction, maritime).
•Proficient in Microsoft Suite
•Proficient in SharePoint
•Ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems and applications
•Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
•Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
•Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
CONTRACT TERM1 year with high likelihood of extension to conversion to a full time employee
