Here at NuWave, We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Pool Service Operations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned supervisor with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will oversee daily pool maintenance operations, manage technicians, and ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and coordinate pool service technicians to optimize performance and efficiency.
•Provide hands-on leadership, training, and guidance to ensure adherence to company service standards.
•Conduct quality control inspections and resolve service issues proactively.
•Monitor scheduling, route efficiency, and team productivity to ensure timely service delivery.
•Maintain equipment, inventory, and ordering processes to support operational needs.
•Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
•Assist in customer relations, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
•Support operational planning, reporting, and improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
•Previous supervisory experience in a pool service, field service, or similar operational setting is required.
•Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
•Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
•Familiarity with pool maintenance techniques, equipment, and water chemistry preferred.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift moderate-weight equipment.
