Position Summary: The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of equipment invoices across assigned branches. Key responsibilities include cross-referencing internal spreadsheets with rental portals, maintaining current and accurate equipment logs, and assisting with the resolution of invoice discrepancies and credit issues. This role also provides support to the Equipment Purchasing Agent.
