Job Summary

7 Compression is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support sub-assembly and production operations. This role involves hands-on assembly work, use of tools, and collaboration with the manufacturing team to meet daily production objectives while maintaining quality, safety, and organization standards.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening and verification of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

- Perform manufacturing and sub-assembly tasks according to established work instructions

- Assemble components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools

- Support daily production schedules and output goals

- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

- Accurately track time and assigned tasks as required

- Communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervision

- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions

Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Skilled in wiring and electrical assembly of components

- Basic understanding of hand and power tools

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Dependable attendance and punctuality

- Basic problem-solving skills

- Electrical background or experience required

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday

- Ability to lift and move materials consistent with job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation

Work Environment

- Manufacturing/production floor environment

- Use of tools and equipment in a structured production setting
