- Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards, including OSHA, NFPA, state and local regulations, and company

- Ensure consistent application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), energized work controls, and PPE requirements across
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned sites to ensure safe, timely, and

- Ensure compliance with O&M agreements, warranty requirements, and service-level commitments.
- Review maintenance reports, inspection results, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement
- Lead or support investigations of plant outages, underperformance, and unexpected operational events.
- Provide direct leadership and oversight to Supervisors, Power Plant Maintenance Technicians and subcontractors.
- Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards across the assigned area.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning for direct reports.
- Support workforce development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and internal advancement
- Approve timesheets, PTO requests, and staffing assignments for direct reports.
- Serve as a technical and operational resource to Supervisors and field teams.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of electrical theory, power plant design, and maintenance best practices.
- Support scope-of-work reviews, system design input, and operational readiness for new or modified assets.
- Coordinate materials, inventory, fleet resources, and personnel to meet operational needs and response targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Asset Management, Construction, and external
- Support onboarding and integration of new sites, depots, or regions into the PPM organization.
- Support emergency response activities and after-hours operational needs.
- Travel regularly to project sites and depots within the assigned area.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Support the development and deployment of standardized maintenance processes, reporting methods, and
- Participate in initiatives aimed at strengthening departmental and organizational capabilities
- Participation in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and corrective action processes.
- Participate in environmental compliance programs, inspections, and administrative recordkeeping.
- Support and maintaining compliance with Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and
- Assist with environmental incident response and mitigation activities as required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on energized industrial AC and DC electrical systems, including utility-scale
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with responsibility for electrical safety, work execution, and personnel
- In-depth knowledge of solar power generation systems and maintenance practices
- Experience overseeing multi-site or geographically distributed field operations.
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms, maintenance reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage complex field operations across multiple locations.
- Ability to lead in a professional manner consistent with company values, policies, and vision.
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to travel for extended duration to remote project sites.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel or bend.
- Must be able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
- 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction and ability to distinguish colors.
