- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our solutions.

- Engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking, to expand the customer base.

- Collaborate with the sales team on B2B sales efforts, including territory management and direct sales strategies.

- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data.

- Assist in marketing initiatives that promote product awareness and drive demand.

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation process.

- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to enhance revenue growth.

- Participate in business development activities aimed at expanding market reach.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or technical sales within a B2B environment.

- Strong background in account management with excellent negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and territory management practices is essential.

- Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies.

- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance metrics.
