Our Connecticut sales force which is growing rapidly, is looking for elite Sale Specialists, with a proven track records to join our team. Our sales specialist have a dynamic advantage over the industry by getting access to qualified leads from multiple sources to close. The Sales Specialist are able to work with homeowners directly and remote on a daily basis.
This is a full-time position based in CT. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for closing pre-set customer leads, self generating leads to close, and managing a daily pipeline of accounts. Daily tasks include creating new accounts, maintaining excellent customer service, and achieving sales closing targets each month.
- 2+ years Knowledge of the Solar Industry and Solar Power
- Experience in Lead Generation a must
- Experience in pipeline management a must
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to effectively close deals and hit targets consistently a must
- Ability to work effectively with in home and remote presentations
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability
