We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, driving the preparation, execution, and management of critical tasks that keep our sales engine running smoothly. With a sharp focus on creating tailored proposals, maintaining data accuracy, and conducting in-depth utility and energy analyses, you will play a key role in aligning our sales efforts with our overarching business strategy.
- CRM and Data Management:
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot) with precision and efficiency.
- Track customer interactions, monitor sales activities, and manage pipeline performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Proposal Development:
- Independently create compelling and accurate proposals, including financial models and cash flow analyses, tailored to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions that align with utility regulations and client requirements.
- Utility and Energy Analysis:
- Conduct thorough energy usage analyses using tools like Energy Toolbase and HelioScope.
- Stay up to date on utility regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements for solar and battery installations, ensuring all projects meet industry standards.
- Operational Support:
- Partner with sales and pre-construction teams to facilitate seamless project transitions from sales to execution.
- Act as the go-to resource for operational tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Process Execution and Improvement:
- Execute established sales operations processes while continuously identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing new processes to support evolving business needs and market demands.
- Reporting and Insights:
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, driving informed decision-making for the sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), Energy Toolbase, and HelioScope.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
