We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on delivering high-speed internet and wireless services to households in your area — two of the most in-demand essentials families rely on every day.

But that’s not all. As part of our portfolio, you’ll also have the ability to offer solar energy, home security, and water filtration systems, giving you multiple ways to provide value and maximize your income. With a mix of door-to-door outreach and warm leads on select products, you’ll have the tools to close more deals and earn uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging, professional in-home or on-site sales presentations with a primary focus on high-speed internet and wireless service

- Educate customers on multiple home service options and match them with the right solution for their needs

- Leverage warm leads provided for select product lines to accelerate success

- Stay sharp on promotions, competitive offerings, and industry trends

- Build long-term customer relationships that drive referrals and repeat business

- Track and report daily activity, collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in business or related field is a plus)

- Sales experience (door-to-door, direct sales, or retail) strongly preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust quickly

- Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a performance-based environment

- Organized and capable of working independently while managing time effectively

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to cover assigned areas

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $48,445.56 - $175,000.00 per year
