Air Compliance Specialist

to support compliance initiatives across our Eagle Ford (Texas) asset. This role works closely with leadership and field teams to ensure regulatory alignment and drive continuous improvement for air compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Air Compliance: Manage air compliance activities, including appropriate calculations & permitting for state/federal reporting.

- Compliance Evaluation: Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance program progress and identify gaps.

- Training Development: Design and maintain training programs to support air regulatory understanding and performance.

- Technical Writing: Develop clear policies and procedures to support best practices in air compliance.

- Communication: Effectively communicate with field personnel and leadership to complete full compliance across various aspects of air regulation.
