The Air Coordinator will provide critical support to the Air Team, ensuring compliance with federal and state air regulations and assisting with environmental program activities. This role is office-based and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work orders and inspection processes efficiently.
- Support daily operations of the New Mexico Air Team, including coordination of air compliance activities.
- Manage and process work orders related to Audio, Visual, and Olfactory (AVO) inspections.
- Assist with Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspection workflows and documentation.
- Utilize SAP to track, update, and manage work orders and environmental data.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting for regulatory compliance.
- Provide administrative and technical support for environmental and air regulatory programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to federal and New Mexico state air regulations.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies as needed (government regulatory experience is a plus).
- Associate’s degree or higher in Environmental Science or related field preferred.
- Experience in environmental regulatory compliance preferred.
- Prior experience working with government regulatory agencies preferred.
- Experience with SAP systems.
- Knowledge of AVO and LDAR work order processes.
- Basic understanding of federal and New Mexico air regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an office-based environment.
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test (UA), agility and fit for duty.
