About This Role

As an Advisor, Commercial Performance Reporting & Analysis, you’ll transform complex data into clear business insights that guide operational and strategic decisions across Newmont’s global Commercial team. Your work will enhance reporting accuracy, strengthen KPI tracking, and support continuous improvement across Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.

Your role will consist of

Partner with IT and business teams to design, implement, and optimize integrated reports and dashboards.

Analyze and report on commercial performance metrics to support management and executive decision-making.

Maintain data integrity across ERP systems and ensure accuracy and transparency of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and present insights, trends, and forecasts to senior leaders.

Execute ad-hoc analyses that identify business challenges and opportunities.

Continuously refine reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.

Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3–5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business performance reporting, or FP&A.

Strong proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.

Proven ability to interpret complex data, communicate insights clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions

You’ll operate in a global, cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with IT, Commercial, and Finance teams. This role is individual-contributor in scope, balancing independent analysis with high stakeholder interaction. Hybrid or remote flexibility may be available depending on business needs.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760 - 117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
