In this role, you're accountable for data analysis including digital channels, billing & collections, contact center and process & compliance by providing insights to drive improvements and operational savings.

What you will do:

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define requirements, and translate them into practical analytical solutions.

- Transform raw data into meaningful insights that help leaders understand what is happening and why — supporting smarter, faster business decisions.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight risks, opportunities, and emerging patterns to help drive improved business results including reduction in call volumes, back-office exceptions, increased digital adoption and overall cost effectiveness..

- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support business cases, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational troubleshooting.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into operational performance and customer experience trends.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting assets.

- Document reporting logic, data definitions, and processes to support transparency and repeatability.

- Assist in implementation of changes in business processes and rules based on analytics.

- Work with Enbridge TIS (Technology and Information Services) and vendor partners on analytic projects (SME, Testing, Data gathering).

Who you are:

- Related university degree and 4+ years’ experience (preferably in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Market Research, Customer Care) OR 6+ years of previous field operations experience. An equivalent mix of formal education and experience may also be considered.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Python.

- Experience using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Suite (Business Objects), Customer Information Systems (CIS).

- Proven Microsoft Office Suite proficiency — Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and strong client/customer service skills.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required for the role.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of affiliate relationship code, gas marketers code, and other regulatory requirements which govern the activities of the Company.

- Experience with statistical models (e.g., predictive modeling, regression, forecasting).

- Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300) is preferred.

Salary Range: $81,090– 100,000 CAD*

- Internal applicants may refer to applicable compensation policies. Salaries are determined based on education, experience, certifications and skills.
