The Team Lead is to design, lead development, implement and support application systems to meet business, informational, and technical needs. This position is also expected to provide guidance to Systems Analyst when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Team Lead or Software Developer-related occupation.
Design, develop, implement, and support application systems to meet business informational, and technical needs. Translate business requirements and technical specifications into well-documented and high-quality code. Provide well documented program code in accordance with Nabors’ designs, and Graphic User Interface (GUI) standards. Develop full-stack applications, encompassing front-end UI, business logic in the middle tier, and back-end database programming, ensuring adherence to company standards. Collaborate with Project Managers and Software Development Managers on system functional requirements and project updates. Conduct design reviews of software requirements. Implement effective debugging processes and troubleshooting techniques. Perform lab testing of all software to ensure features and functions are correctly implemented, including documented test procedures. Maintain release notes on all software versions. Participate in code review of other Developers. Provide technical direction and guidance to field technicians on system operations. Identify potential problems and recommend solutions to the most complex design scenarios. Provide programming estimates. Implement solutions for short-term and rapid-fire tasks and collaborate with other Team Leads to deliver complex multifaceted projects
