Position Summary
The Confirmation Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely review, processing, and confirmation of testing and inspection job files. Working closely with internal teams and customer coordinators. This role ensures seamless communication, quality control, and compliance with industry service standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment within a growing and dynamic firm.
Minimum Requirements
•High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of administrative, project coordination, or client service experience in the TIC industry or a related field.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Fitness for Duty – Physical Demands
•Frequent walking and standing during inspections at field sites, which may involve rugged terrain, high temperatures, and outdoor conditions.
•Occasional travel may be required to client sites and various company locations.
•Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, as some materials may need to be moved during events or presentations.

•Review incoming job files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards.
•Escalate incomplete or inconsistent documentation to relevant departments for resolution.
•Ensure all required certifications and supporting documentation are included before scheduling or billing.
•Maintain digital and physical records in accordance with document control and audit guidelines.
•Support the Operations Manager in continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation and client communication.
•All other job duties as defined.

Pay Range: $21 - $24
