What You Will Do: Tru-Check Inc. (a nationwide utility services company) is seeking to fill an entry-level position in the Denver Metro area. This position involves answering phone calls, scheduling customer appointments, navigating a variety of computer programs, and various other office related tasks. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, effective communicator who can speak with customers in a welcoming and clearly understood voice, while applying proficient computer skills.

Main Duties: Answering phone calls, scheduling customer appointments, navigating a variety of computer programs, and various other office related tasks. No experience necessary, paid training is provided.

Work Requirements: Must be adept with MS Office programs. Must be at least 18 years of age. Provide a VALID, Unexpired Driver’s License. H.S. Diploma or GED equivalency required. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening AND background check.

Job Details: Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift (7:30AM to 4:00PM; no overtime or weekends; 40 hours per week)

Physical Requirements: Be able to effectively communicate with customers in a courteous manner displaying excellent customer service and perform other duties as assigned; Performs all work in a safe manner; Observes and follows all company/client procedures; Possess excellent customer service/communication skills; Be comfortable using computers/technology.

What You Will Earn:

Starting rate of $23.00 per hour. Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays after 60 days of employment.
