Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position is customer service-focused with additional responsibilities providing support to managers/employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Primary Job Duties:
•Adhere to the company’s Vision and Core Values.
•Adhere and comply with the company’s handbook and company policies.
•Greet visitors, answer, and direct phone calls.
•Assist managers with organizing meetings.
•Send and respond to emails and distribute mail.
•Provide Accounts Receivable and accounting support; process Credit Card transactions and reconcile expense reports.
•Prepare and deposit checks.
•Respond to customer inquiries.
•Provide Sales Support (Orders, Customer Delivery Books, Overall Prep of Sales)
•Accounts Payable oversight
•Prepare and run reports.
•Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
•Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
•Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
•Arrange or assist with travel arrangements.
•Submit and reconcile expense reports.
•Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers.
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications/Preference:
Education:
•HS diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
•Two years of experience providing administrative support in a manufacturing environment.
•Ability to interact at all levels of the company, professionally maintaining effective communication, both written and spoken.
•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Certificate, Licenses, Registrations:
•Current Driver’s License required

•Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
•Attention to detail and possess problem-solving skills.
•Adaptable, flexible, and able to handle multiple projects and reprioritize as needed.
•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
•Working knowledge of office equipment; printers and fax machines

Work Environment:
Duties are performed in an office environment that routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, petroleum fumes and/or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
