About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
General Office Clerk
to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in office administration, customer service, and data entry, with the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent
customer service
by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and greeting visitors
Perform accurate and timely
data entry
into internal systems and databases
Support the office with a range of
administrative assistant
duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Assist in document preparation, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
5 years of experience in a general office environment, with exposure to:
Customer Service
Data Entry Administrative AssistanceOffice support and clerical tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Benefits:
Competitive salary: $43,000 – $47,000 annually
