The basic function of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support for operations and field service organizations.
- General Admin Duties
- Ensure that PM and Service tickets are processed in a timely manner
- Audit vendors weekly and monthly
- Scan and submit invoices/receipts into the system
- Designing and creating reports
- Creating PPT presentations
- Quality Documents Processing
- Organization and filing of appropriate paperwork
- Answering phone
- Email / Data Entry
- Errands for the office
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 1 or more years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Superior organizational skills; strong attention to detail; excellent time management skills and commitment deadlines
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
