Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in administrative support while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to a department or individual

- Perform general office duties including typing, filing, answering phones, and managing mail

- Schedule and calendar management

- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

- Maintain accurate records and organize documentation

- Order and manage office supplies

- Assist with special projects involving data recording, compiling, reporting, and analysis

- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems

- Customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work independently with direction and support

- No prior extensive experience required; ideal for junior-level candidate

Education:

 HS Diploma or GED

Schedule:

4 days on / 3 days off(10HR Days)

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
