Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, answering phones, waiting on customers. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle clerical duties, and support the overall efficiency of the office environment.
Duties
•Ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
•Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry to maintain accurate records.
•Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping.
•Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
•Maintain organized digital files using Google Suite and other software tools.
•Assist in the preparation of reports.
•Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
Skills
•Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
•Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
•Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation.
•Ability to organize files systematically, both digitally and physically.
•The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
