Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
This job is open to applicants looking for full time 8AM -5PM/M-F or Part time options can be discussed for the right candidate. The office is closed on the weekends, openings are for M-F work load
Duties
- Assist in day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including calendar management
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Support office management by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of Google and Microsoft Suite and other office software
- Experience in personal assistant roles is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with computerized systems for office tasks
