We are looking for a qualified person to perform routine clerical and administrative functions in the maintenance department. Under limited supervision, the person in this role will predominately provide administrative support to our Maintenance and Operations Teams through data entry and completion of reports. Depending on business needs, this person may be asked to provide administrative support to other areas of both our Maintenance and Operation departments.
An ideal candidate for this position should:
Be strong in Word/Excel and data entry skills
Have strong verbal and written skills
Have solid industry knowledge (a plus)
Be detail oriented
Be able to multi-task
