Admin Assistant

DSN is seeking a full-time detail-oriented Administrative Assistant in Springfield, IL whose primary responsibility will be to scan, organize, and upload documents into a new cloud-based storage system. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in handling sensitive records.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and possess strong organizational skills to ensure all documents are properly labeled, categorized, and easily retrievable within the digital system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, scan, and digitize physical documents for cloud storage.

- Ensure documents are accurately named, filed, and categorized according to organizational standards.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials with discretion.

- Monitor scanning quality and perform re-scans as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing digital file management initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with scanners, cloud storage systems, and basic computer applications.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
