The Administrative Assistant II provides essential administrative support that includes clerical, secretarial, and technical tasks. This is an intermediate level position that involves both routine and moderately complex responsibilities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective time management. The position interacts with a wide range of internal teams and external contacts. Work is performed under direct supervision and in close collaboration with other staff members. Decision making is generally limited to the daily responsibilities of the position.
• Vocational business training or college coursework preferred
• At least two years of clerical or reception experience in a professional office environment
