Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a professional who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, support internal teams, and serve as a liaison to our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
- Prepare and format a variety of documents, reports, and correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Perform data entry and database management with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments and act as a liaison to the corporate office
- Occasional scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Support various administrative functions as assigned; duties will vary as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Professional demeanor and a customer service mindset
