Provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote-work position.
- Assist with various administrative task to include general clerical duties.
- PeopleSoft weekly reporting and input of timesheets for managers & employees.
- Creates and maintains organizational charts and flowcharts.
- Assist staff with travel arrangements.
- Process expense reports.
- Reconciles/maintains company credit card statements.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings and presentations, prepares agenda, reserves and prepares facilities.
- Defining tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet those objectives.
- Archiving and retrieve crucial audit documents.
- Onboarding of newly hired employees.
- Create and track meeting minutes.
- Create requisitions as needed to meet the needs of the manufacturing group.
- Other duties as required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a administrative assistant role.
- Mimimum 1 year experience with MRP or ERP system.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with PeopleSoft.
- Previous knowledge of High Jump a plus.
- Builds relationships with people whose assistance, cooperation, and support may be needed
- Provides/develops appropriate documentation to track progress of a project
- Anticipates and prepares for upcoming events ensuring adequate resources are available
- Skill to effectively organize information to meet operational needs and desired outcomes
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
